About Me
I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2014 and my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2016. Since that time, I have worked in community mental health, residential, and hospital settings until opening my private practice in 2023.

I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International, which focuses on understanding the nuances of how pregnancy and postpartum experiences impact your mental health. I am also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing through EMDRIA, which is one of the most evidenced based treatments for trauma.

I have a special passion for perinatal mental health due to my own journey in this area. I understand how difficult it can be to transition into new motherhood, the isolation that this can bring, and the struggle of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. I have also walked the path of loss through miscarriage and stillbirth, and know the lasting pain of grief. My biggest hope is that when you come to therapy you know that you are not alone.
