EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based treatment model that is designed for the treatment of trauma. I am certified in EMDR and have completed many additional trainings and consultations to expand my knowledge both in the perinatal period and beyond.

In the perinatal period, EMDR is very helpful in addressing birth trauma, religious trauma and childhood trauma. While it does not heal grief, it is beneficial in processing difficult memories associated with infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss.

Intensives:
EMDR intensives are a great way to make significant progress in a short period of time. This is an ideal option if you feel like you do not have the time to devote to weekly sessions or want to minimize the side effects of treatment between sessions.

Intensive sessions are three or six hours long depending on your need. Unfortunately, these services are not covered by insurance so are only available at a cash pay rate.

3 Hour Intensive: $600
6 Hour Intensive: $1,200
